Precalienta horno a 170C
En un Bowl mezcla
3/4 pieza de plátano maduro machacado
2 cdas monkfruit
1 cda azucar mascabado
1/2 cdita vainilla
1 cda yogurt griego
1 cda aceite o ghee derretida
1 huevo
En otro Bowl mezcla
1/2 cdita polvo para hornear
1/2 taza de harina de avena
Integra ambas mezclas y por último agrega 3 cdas zanahoria rallada y 2 cdas nuez picada.
Coloca en molde pequeño.
Hornea a 170C por 30 minutos.

Mix in a bowl
3/4 piece banana, mashed
3 tbsp monkfruit
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp oil or ghee
1 egg
In another bowl mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oat flour
Integrate both mixtures and finally add 3 tbsp grated carrot and 2 tbsp chopped walnut.
Place in small mold.
Bake at 170C for 30 minutes. Enjoy 馃槏.
